Service Warranty
M10 Digital has a no money back policy in all services provided. M10 Digital provides a 30 day limited warranty on services in case the same problem reappears. Each case is assessed individually by an M10 Digital representative. After each case assessment the M10 Digital representative will inform the customer whether the warranty applies or a service charge will apply.
Computer Service Support
M10 digital is a service business. At no point does M10 Digital manufacture or distribute products made by or made for M10 Digital. All software and hardware purchased for the use or service of a computer, network, or any kind of service will be covered under the Third-Party warranty. M10 Digital may purchase software or hardware for the customer with customer’s approval and M10 Digital may also mediate between the costumer and the Third-Party Company that manufactures or re-sell the product. The costumer is responsible for all shipping, handling, state taxes, restocking, and or any other charges that may apply. M10 Digital does not warrant or make any representation about the substance, quality, functionality, accuracy, and fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability or any other representation about any Third-Party Site or its content. M10 Digital does not sponsor, endorse, approve or is responsible for any Third-Party Site. M10 Digital makes no representation or warranty as to any products or services offered on any Third-Party Site.
